Publication in Multiple Formats

All works are published in digital formats (PDF) and as print-on-demand paperbacks, available for purchase through our online bookstore: https://shop.adventpublishing.in/. Each format is assigned a unique ISBN, and online publications receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for enhanced discoverability.

Editorial and Production Support

Advent Publishing offers comprehensive editorial assistance, including high-quality English language editing, formatting of images, audio, and multimedia content, as well as professional layout and cover design. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your work meets the highest publishing standards.

Global Visibility

To maximize the reach and impact of your work, we catalog bibliographic information and content descriptors (e.g., keywords, subjects) for books and individual chapters in major databases. This ensures optimal visibility in search engines and academic repositories.

Long-Term Archiving

Advent Publishing is committed to the permanent availability and preservation of published content. We achieve this through:

  • Digital Archiving: Partnerships with trusted preservation services, such as Internet Archive, PKP Preservation Network, or Zenodo, to securely store content.
  • Local Backups: Regular, secure backups of all published content and metadata on independent servers to prevent data loss.
  • Open-Access Availability: Freely accessible content to support widespread dissemination and independent archiving by libraries and institutions.
  • Persistent Identifiers: Assignment of DOIs to ensure consistent and reliable access, even if platform changes occur.

As an open-access publisher, all works published by Advent Publishing are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This allows others to share and adapt your work, provided proper credit is given to the author and the original work is cited. Third-Party Content

Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions from copyright holders for any third-party content (e.g., images, videos, audio, diagrams, or data) included in their work. Advent Publishing accepts no liability for the use of third-party materials without proper authorization.

Ethical Standards

All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, reviewers, and editors, are expected to adhere to Advent Publishing’s ethical guidelines, ensuring integrity and professionalism throughout.

Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC)

If you use artificial intelligence tools to generate content, you must transparently disclose their use in a dedicated “Methods” section of your manuscript. As the author, you are fully responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content and for properly citing any sources or supporting works used by the tool.

Publication Costs

Upon acceptance of your manuscript, authors are required to contribute to the production costs. Details will be provided during the publication process.

ORCID for Enhanced Visibility

We strongly recommend registering for an ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) to enhance the visibility and attribution of your work.
